Working Process:-

Prepare the machine: Place the pulverizer on a stable surface and ensure all parts are properly assembled before starting.
Load raw material: Feed cleaned and dry materials like grains, spices, or herbs into the hopper in a controlled quantity.
Start the machine: Switch on the machine to activate the motor and grinding mechanism.
Grinding process: The high-speed blades or hammer system crush and grind the material into fine powder.
Screening process: The mesh or sieve filters the powder to ensure uniform particle size.
Powder collection: Collect the fine powdered output from the discharge outlet.
Shutdown & cleaning: Turn off the machine after use and clean it properly for next operation.

Notice: For your safety, please avoid inserting fingers or any hard objects (such as metal rods) into the chamber opening to push or stir raw materials.

Cleaning Process:-

Switch off the machine: Turn off the pulverizer and disconnect the power supply before starting cleaning.
Allow cooling: Let the machine cool down completely if it has been used for a long time.
Remove leftover material: Empty any remaining powder or raw material from the hopper and grinding chamber.
Clean grinding chamber: Use a dry brush or cloth to remove stuck particles from the blades and inner parts.
Wipe external parts: Clean the outer body of the machine with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth.
Check mesh/sieve: Remove and clean the sieve properly to avoid blockage and ensure smooth performance.
Reassemble and store: Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling and store the machine in a clean, dry place.
