Working Process:-

  1. Load the required seeds, nuts, or crops into the machine's feeding hopper.
  2. Start the machine and allow the motor to run at the required operating speed.
  3. The internal shelling mechanism processes the material and separates the shell from the kernel or seed.
  4. The machine automatically performs shell separation with minimal damage to the product.
  5. Shelled material and waste shells are discharged through separate outlets.
  6. Collect the processed output and clean the machine after operation for consistent performance.

Notice: For your safety, please avoid inserting fingers or any hard objects (such as metal rods) into the chamber opening to push or stir raw materials.

Cleaning Process:-

  1. Switch off and disconnect power: Turn off the machine and unplug the power supply before starting the cleaning process.
  2. Remove remaining material: Clear any leftover seeds, shells, or residue from the feeding hopper and output sections.
  3. Clean detachable parts: Open and remove detachable components (if applicable) and clean them using a soft brush or dry cloth.
  4. Clean the machine body: Wipe the outer body and internal areas carefully to remove dust, dirt, and remaining residue.
  5. Dry all components: Ensure every part is completely dry before reassembling the machine.
  6. Regular maintenance cleaning: Clean the machine after every use to maintain performance and increase machine life.

Important: Do not submerge any other parts of the machine in water or other liquids.
