Shipping and Returns

We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for return eligibility, process, and timelines.

Working Process:-

  1. Switch ON the heating button and wait until the set temperature (Green display) matches the actual temperature (Red display).
  2. Once both temperature values match, switch ON the main motor/start button to begin operation.
  3. Add only clean and dry oilseeds directly into the feeding hopper.
  4. Press the “Squeezing” button to start the oil extraction process.
  5. Oil will flow out automatically while the pressed oil cake is discharged from the outlet.
  6. After pressing is completed, press and hold the “Cleanup” button for at least 20 seconds before switching off the machine.
  7. This cleanup step is important—if skipped, residual material may harden after cooling and make screw removal difficult.
  8. In case of a power failure, switch OFF the machine, unplug it, and restart only after reheating for at least 10 minutes once power returns.
  9. For cleaning, remove the pressing chamber and wash it using edible-grade detergent and clean water, then dry completely.
  10. Unplug the machine and store it in a dry, well-ventilated place after use.
  11. The extracted oil can be left undisturbed overnight at room temperature (above 15 °C); natural sediment will settle, and filtration is usually not required.
  12. If seeds stop feeding due to moisture or uneven surface, gently push them into the hopper—do not force.

Notice: For your safety, please avoid inserting fingers or any hard objects (such as metal rods) into the chamber opening to push or stir raw materials.

Cleaning Process:-

  1. Turn off the machine and wait: Before cleaning, ensure the pressing chamber is cool. Disconnect the power plug and either wait at least 30 minutes for it to cool naturally, or wear heat-resistant gloves to protect yourself.
  2. Clean the pressing rod and chamber: Remove the pressing rod and wipe it clean with a paper towel or cloth. Then, rinse and clean the pressing chamber with water. Avoid using harsh cleaners like acid, alkali, soda, or salt water.
  3. Dry thoroughly before storing: After cleaning, completely dry the pressing chamber. You can wipe it with a clean cloth or use a hairdryer on a cool setting.

Important: Do not submerge any other parts of the machine in water or other liquids.
