Working Process:-

  1. Place the copra cutter machine on a flat and stable surface to ensure safe and smooth operation.
  2. Connect the machine to a suitable power source and make sure the power switch is in the OFF position before starting.
  3. Turn ON the machine using the main power button to start the motor and activate the cutting blades.
  4. Slowly insert dry coconut (copra) pieces into the feeding inlet of the machine.
  5. The rotating blades inside the machine will automatically cut the copra into small and uniform pieces.
  6. The chopped copra pieces will come out through the outlet and can be collected in a container placed below.
  7. After completing the cutting process, switch OFF the machine and unplug it from the power supply.

Notice: For your safety, please avoid inserting fingers or any hard objects (such as metal rods) into the chamber opening to push or stir raw materials.

Cleaning Process:-

  1. Switch off the machine: Turn off the main power switch and unplug the machine before starting the cleaning process to ensure safety.
  2. Remove remaining copra pieces: Open the cutting chamber and remove any leftover copra pieces from inside the machine.
  3. Clean the cutting blades: Use a soft brush or dry cloth to remove small copra particles stuck on the cutting blades.
  4. Wipe the inner chamber: Clean the inside surface of the cutting chamber with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and oil residue.
  5. Clean the outer body: Wipe the outer body of the machine with a clean cloth to remove dirt and maintain a neat appearance.
  6. Ensure the machine is completely dry: Allow all parts to dry properly before closing the machine and using it again.

Important: Do not submerge any other parts of the machine in water or other liquids.
